on his or her body weight! But many few know about determining ideal weight and
keep a check on the same! In this post, find out the simple formula to
calculate the body weight in terms of your height!
For example:
Woman 5’ 7’’ tall= 57 Kg – 5
Kg = 52 Kg (Min. weight)
52 Kg + 10
Kg = 62 Kg (Max. weight)
For example:
Man 5’7’’
tall= 57
kg + 5kg = 62 Kg (Min. weight)
62 Kg + 10 kg = 72 Kg
(Max. weight)
This simple formula is valid
for all body types and whether you are small, medium or large framed, your
weight should remain within the maximums. In case your body weight
according to the height is not within the above ratio, add one year to
your chronological age.
